But we do.

We “get” what your job is likeand wealready understand the daunting stress you experience day in and day out, because we’ve been there. You don’t have to explain anything to us or put anything into contextbefore you begin. We got it. You can just talk.
2. We can take it
No matter what you’ve been through, what you say, or how you say it, we have likely already been through it already ourselves, seen it before, or heard it from someone else. You can’t shock us and you don’t have to worry about protecting our feelings. You can tell us anything, uncensored. We can take it.
3. We can provide directed advice
If you need help with a specific issue you are facing on the job, we can help in a way that only another insider can. We have access to actionable tools and resources that you can use right now to start to turn things around. You don’t have to figure it out on your own.
4. We are patient
Talking about what you have experienced and what you need is not an easy thing to do. We get that it is not something that comes easily to everyone. We are in no rush for you to get to the point. We are here to talk about whatever you want to talk about for as long as you want to talk about it.
5. We know what to look for to help you stay healthy
There are certain issues that come up more often than others for those working in this field, given the nature of your job. We can help you to prevent them, identity them early, or manage them better if and when they do arise, because we know what to look for, what it can feel like, and what can be done about it.
